Nominator FAQs

If you do not have a login to nominate students, please send an e-mail to int-admission@adm.ku.dk and we can add you as a nominator.

If your university has several exchange agreements with us (e.g. Erasmus partners), please let us know which agreements you are the nominator for.

If you have forgotten your password for the nomination system (Mobility Online), you can request a new one on the Mobility Online login page by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" button:

https://www.service4mobility.com/europe/LoginServlet

The link to the students' online application form can be found in the invitation e-mail which International Education sends to the students once we receive and approved your online nomination.

If you have more than one partner who uses Mobility Online, it can be that you used the link and login details for that partner.

You will need to use the link we sent to you and the login name you created when you registered as a nominator for exchange stays at the University of Copenhagen.

Your students should check their spam/junk mail folder, since our invitation e-mails are sometimes sorted as spam/junk mail.

If the invitation e-mail is not in the spam/junk mail folder, the students should send an e-mail to the International Education office at int-admission@adm.ku.dk and confirm their e-mail address. It is very important the students' e-mail address is typed correctly.

In Mobility Online, the "Overview of Students" page shows all students nominated from your university. Since we sometimes have more than one agreement with our partners (e.g., especially Erasmus partners), the overview will show all the nominated students.

To see only your students, please select yourself on the "Nominator" column (on the right).
